The PAL – Penile Adjustable Loop is a FDA registered venous leak constriction band. This new product is latex free and replaces the Actis Controller. The PAL is placed and tightened at the base of the penis to maintain an erection. It may be adjusted for high or low tension.

The PAL will be comfortable to the user but also provides enough pressure to prevent venous leak to maintain or enhance an erection. This PAL is often used with vacuum erection devices, penile injections and oral medications. One size fits all and is latex free. Never wear an constriction band over 30 (thirty) minutes.
