How to Use
Step 1: Clean the Wand
Wash the wand with warm water and soap before use. Choose a quiet, comfortable space like your bed.
Step 2: Choose the Right End
- The curved end with a pointed tip is best for muscles near the entrance of the vagina or rectum.
- The rounded end is better for deeper muscles inside the vagina or rectum.
Step 3: Apply Lubricant
Use a water-based lubricant on the tip of the wand and at the entrance of the vagina or rectum. This helps with smooth and comfortable insertion.
Step 4: Get into Position
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat. If you prefer lying on your side, place a pillow between your knees for support.
Step 5: Breathe & Insert the Wand
Take deep breaths to relax your muscles. Exhale slowly as you gently insert the wand.
Step 6: Find Tender Points
Move the wand slowly inside until you feel a sore or tight spot. Apply gentle pressure (like pressing a ripe tomato) to help release the tension.
Step 7: Hold & Release
